- Account Information. When you create an account on Lumirant Studio, we collect your name, business name, business email address, business phone number, business address, and login credentials.
- Payment Information. When you purchase our services, our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) collects payment card or bank account information directly. Lumirant does not store full payment card or bank account numbers. We receive limited transaction information, such as the last four digits of the payment instrument, transaction amounts, and billing address.
- Communication Information. If you contact us by email, web form, or other means, we collect the contents of your communication and any other information you choose to provide.
- Production Information. To produce video content, we collect information you provide about your practice, including content guidance, brand assets, marketing materials, and other materials needed for video customization.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Website Usage Data. When you visit our websites, we automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.

- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and ACH/financial connections

- Mux, Inc. — video hosting and delivery
- Google LLC (Google Workspace) — email and business communication

Information we collect is stored on servers located in the United States. Note: Lumirant produces educational video content that may be viewed by patients or clients of our business customers, including minors. Lumirant does not directly collect information from those viewers; the practices that engage Lumirant are responsible for their own patient and client data practices.
9. International Users
Lumirant operates in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
